First of all,let’s see what is reading. reading is the process of bringing back and understanding the stored information and ideas. Reading is the first step towards gaining knowledge in any field. It is the pillar of life. It is the foundation on which a student’s carreer is built.
Reading is a good habit, which diverts the tension of mind and adds to positiveness of health. It is the reading only which puts everything in order and opens a world of knowledge in front of you.
Reading is the best mode of education as compared to other modes i.e. radio and television. Even to make proper use of information available on Internet.
A french teacher Louis Braille understood the importance of reading and invented a system of reading for blinds called “Braille” which opened the gates of studies for blinds also.
Due to his reading strength, a boy who lived in a jungle became President of United States of America. Do you know who that boy was? He was Abraham Lincoln. In the end I submit that reading influences each and every aspect of our life.
